General information and facilities

When was the hotel built/opened?

Solé Miami was a new construction and opened in 2009.

Where is Solé Miami located?

Solé Miami is located on the beach of Florida’s East Coast in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Sunny Isles is north of Miami and south of Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is located on Collins Ave and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shopping. See below for distances and typical driving times to popular area destinations.

Do you have a beach? What are the hours for beach service?

Yes, we are an ocean front property with private beach access. As per the City of Sunny Isles, beach chair seating begins at 8:30 am and chairs must be removed one hour before sunset. Chairs are available on a first come first serve basis. Due to City of Sunny Isles regulations, the hotel must maintain the beach chairs within the specified and approved zone.

Do you charge a resort fee?

Yes, there is a $45 plus tax per day, per room resort amenities fee which includes: In room and hotel-wide WIFI, local 1-800 access calls, in room-coffee, 2 beach chairs with covers and 1 umbrella, 2 beach towels per person, access to the fitness center, steam room and sauna, and a daily $10 food and beverage credit.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours and what equipment does it have?

Our fitness center is located on the 5th floor and is open 24 hours. The fitness center consists of two treadmills, one bike, free weights, dual action pulley station, and leg press.

Do you have a pool and hot tub? What are the hours? Is there a lifeguard? Can I bring other guests to the pool and beach?

We have an outdoor pool measuring 54’ L x 15’ W. Based on our facility and the Miami/Dade County Health Department the operating hours are from Dawn to Dusk. The pool and private beach are for the exclusive use of registered hotel guests only. There is no lifeguard at the pool or beach.

Can I bring my own food and alcoholic beverages that I purchased from outside to the pool and beach.

No, you cannot. The pool and beach are licensed by the City of Sunny Isles and the State of Florida and those licenses do not permit the consumption of food or alcoholic beverages acquired elsewhere.

Do you have high-speed internet /Wifi and a business center?

Wireless high-speed internet is available in your guest room and through the public areas of the hotel. A workstation with computer and printer is available for guests on the 4th floor.

Do you have a spa, sauna, steam room, or hot tub?

We do have separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms located in men’s and women’s locker rooms. We do not have a hot tub or spa. Our concierge can recommend massage therapists and esthetic services outside the hotel.

A few words about sunrise and sunset

Solé is located on Florida’s east coast and enjoys brilliant sunrises. We recommend rising early to enjoy the most of the sun and day. Sunsets occur on Florida’s west coast and are not visible from the greater Miami area. Some of our city view suites on the highest floor may see a partial sunset. During the winter season with the sun being lower in the sky, the beach and pool are shaded by early afternoon.

Can I do laundry on property?

We do not offer laundry services on property. Our front desk team will be happy to assist with local laundry nearby.

Does the hotel have a code of conduct?

In order to provide our guests with the best experience, Solé Miami strives to foster mutual respect between all of its employees and guests. Harassing behavior or violence of any kind, physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of other guests, our fabulous team, and enjoy your time in Sunny Isles and Miami Beaches.

Pets

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Solé Miami invites four-legged canine friends (under 25 pounds) to enjoy the ultimate in hosPETality at Sunny Isles’ popular beach front hotel, as part of our pet program. There is a one-time fee of $100 per stay, maximum two pets per room. Solé Miami Pet Program Includes:
• Pet bed, water and food bowl for use each night for use during stay
• Special treats upon check-in
• Pet guide to dog friendly beaches and bark parks

Are pets allowed in the restaurant, pool, and hotel beach?

Unfortunately, no, with the exception of service animals.

Reservations

What is check in/check out time?

Check-in is guaranteed at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms.

Does the hotel provide early check-ins and late check-outs?

Yes, Solé can offer early check-in based on availability, which can vary on a daily basis. If the hotel is offering guaranteed early check-ins an additional fee will apply. Late check-outs may also be offered, but only based on the arrival and departure pattern on each day; an additional fee will apply.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

Guests are required to be over the age of 21 to check in.

Does the hotel provide rollaways or cribs?

We do not offer rollaway beds. Cribs are available and provided free of charge upon request and based on availability.

Do you allow smoking on property?

We are completely nonsmoking property. We do not permit smoking or vaping in our rooms, public areas, restaurant, or pool.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do offer connecting rooms on site. Our two-bedroom partial ocean view suite will be the best option. This room type offers a king bed, two double beds, and a pull-out sofa.

What is the cancelation policy?

Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise one-night room and taxes will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Third party reservations

If you made your reservation with a third-party service other than booking directly on the hotel website or with our reservations team, you must make any changes or cancelations with the party where you made the reservation.

What is required for check-in to the hotel?

A valid Government issued identification or a valid passport, plus a valid credit card capable of being authorized for the full amount of your room, tax, and resort fee, plus an additional $100 per night to cover incidental charges. We are a cashless hotel.

Transportation

Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport?

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service, but you may contact our Concierge for private transportation or rental car agencies. Additional fees will apply. Taxis and Uber services are available at the airport and from the hotel.

Do you offer parking?

We offer valet parking only with unlimited in and out privileges for $42/night plus taxes per car.

Is room service available 24 hours?

Room service is available daily 8:00am to 9:00pm.

What are the hours of operations for BALEENkitchen?

BALEENkitchen serves Breakfast between 8am – 11am, Lunch at Liquid Pool between 11:30am – 4:30pm, and Dinner at BALEENkitchen daily between 5:00pm – 10:00pm.
